According to reports, 37 years after her first victory, Celine Dion is in negotiations to participate in the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest again.

With the song Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi, the 56-year-old Canadian singer won for Switzerland in 1988. Following Nemo’s victory with The Code in Malmo, Sweden, the competition is coming back to the nation this year.

According to reports, Celine might make an appearance, contingent on her health. In a heartfelt video released in December 2022, the Grammy-winning singer announced that she had been diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome and that she would have to postpone her Courage World Tour.

At the Olympic opening ceremony in Paris last year, she made her stage debut since disclosing her diagnosis, and it has now been reported that negotiations are underway for her to participate in Eurovision.

The Sun claims that the organizers are eager for the singer of My Heart Will Go On to perform as an interlude.

Executive producers Moritz Stadler and Reto Peritz said that they had talked with her team but that no decisions have been made.

We won’t know whether she feels fit enough until a few weeks beforehand,” they stated. In I Am: Celine Dion, her documentary that aired last year, Celine discussed her ailment. She talked about how she used to get severe muscle spasms that would break her ribs.
